I feel like those who voted for less than $50k haven't seen quite how large a cow tongue is plus adding the fact that its raw.

I don't know if I could do it for $50k but I'd certainly give it a try.

It's gotta be a texture thing. I sometimes can't eat chicken because of the texture so I'm not sure if I could stomach raw beef.

Fun Tiffany fact: (I may have shared before) I can't donate blood because I could be a possible carrier of mad cow disease. So stupid.

Yeah, once you get past the smell you got it licked.

 

Cow tongue is just like a roast , you do have too peel it though

 

Ive had larger amounts of raw meat in my mouth.... I just wasn’t chewing! We will see how this goes!

 

Actually you boil Cow Tongue first and the rough, tough outer skin splits for easy peeling when cool.
Texture is like cats tongue or shark skin on the top of Cow Tongue.
