    @buffedout you familiar with this area? I don't think I would ever consider going across a patch of ice like this.

    Right! If you can't walk on it, I don't think your truck is going to have an easier time.

    We went to a distillery probably a month back and the entire parking area was solid ice. Thankfully it was before their normal hours because there was no way any of us parked gracefully. We just stopped where we stopped and called it good enough.

    Story Time...........

    When we got our adopted fur baby the rescue suggested we join their FB group for training tips and to be a part of the community, etc. It seemed like a fantastic idea. I had a FB account years ago and it immediately got out of control with people (old girlfriends) from my past trying to reconnect. My work started monitoring these types of social media sites so before I got myself into trouble I shut it down. So I decided to create a new account for our dog. I figured I could use her info and fool FB into thinking she was my daughter.

    Strike 1 - 13 years old or younger is a red flag.
    Strike 2 - Trying to change that status after attempting to set it up is a red flag.
    Strike 3 - Trying to set up a fake gmail account and then using that to create a legit account is a huge red flag.

    Now I am completely restricted from using FB! :rofl::rofl::rofl: And I am probably on some watch list :spy::spy::spy:

    :sadviolin::sadviolin::sadviolin:

    So I will set it up on my wifes email account and make it so I can see everything on it to be able to contribute to the content. :devil::devil::devil:

    Oddly enough, if someone on here pastes a link to FB, or FB Marketplace, I can see everything and move through the site. :laugh::laugh::laugh:

    I dealt with a patch of ice about a month ago, :mad: it was not a fun excursion. I made it down fine, but thought it was a through trail, not a loop:oops:. I had to go back up what I went down. It was a mess, first attempt ended in a 180 degree slide. Had no weight in the bed, aired down to 12 and all by myself (no group with me). I made it up on the 3rd try, but after the 2nd try and fail I put out an sos just incase. I really hate 2wd :mad:

    Well, no. At 19 yrs. I received 16 hrs of vacation time and my monthly vacation accrual rate increased from 14 hrs 40 minutes to 16 hrs. That was five years ago as I actually have 24 years in.

    Oh, and to answer your question: I am familiar with that area. It's the route to Argentine which I ran late last summer. People have cabins up there which is likely why that road stays open year-round. I wish people would just stay home and knit. Or masturbate. Or both.
