Yea, we try to limit sugars and increase fiber as much as possible. Surprisingly, Cheerio's are very low in sugar compared to most other cereals. My favorite is some granolas but you have to read the labels closely. You're better off eating Fruit Loops compared to some of them.

It use to be the worst part of eating healthy was the taste. Now that the manufacturers have figured that out the prices will kill you first.

Yep. I cut waaaaay back on sugar a few years back. It was tough though as sugar is in everything!
In fact, I can't remember the last time I had cereal...

 

We use Truvia exclusively, and try to buy sugar free or low sugar or lite everything. Every once in a while though, if you don't cheat you'll go insane. (Decent) Cereal has enough good things to me to outweigh the bad. Every once and I while I treat myself to something like a bag of M&M's, plain.

 

Yeah, I'm sure we all cheat a little bit. Human nature.
I avoid refined sugar mostly. Natural sugars don't concern me as much.
Having said that, have you ever had Mochi?? I suppose we all have our weaknesses...
