    I should say I think he's turning 24... I can remember birthdays but I never really remember the year. Makes it harder when it's family you never really grew up with.
    My brother would like to think he is and then he says something and you're like oohhh he's gonna have an experience when he enters the real world. He's not sheltered, he's just... I dunno. Not stupid but maybe just extremely lacking in responsibilities.
