    Alrighty....
Bout 10 years ago me and another feller went hunting one morning. This place was full of does and small bucks but we rarely see any decent bucks in there. AnyCrippledHo, we usually decide ahead of time if we're going to shoot a doe if the opportunity presents itself; on this day though we never discussed it. It's like a mile back there; we have spots we can shoot does that are less than 200 yards from parking areas so I assumed that since we were going to be roughly a mile deep, does were off the table. I was wrong.
So we're hunting maybe 100 yards apart...it's super quiet that morning. I had a couple of does walk by and I gave them a pass cause (it's a mile back there) well, I just did. A few minutes pass and I hear my buddy shoot (yes, a bow is pretty damn loud in quiet woods) and I hear a deer run off and crash. So I'm thinking; if he's gonna shoot a doe, I'm gonna shoot a doe. A few minutes later a lone doe walks by so I shoot her, she runs off and crashes. I wait a few minutes and am just about to climb down when I heard my buddy shoot againo_O. So I go ahead and climb down and walk over to him and I'm like, "wth, why you shooting 2 deer?" He said, "I missed the first one". I was like, "no way there captain, go look at your arrow". He checked his blood covered arrow and was like , luckily he happened to have 2 or 3 doe tags on him. So we walked to the truck, grabbed the deer cart, walked back, loaded 3 does on the cart and hauled them back to the truck.:hattip:
