The population of this country is 327 million.

    76 million are retired.

That leaves 251 million to do the work.

There are 48 million people who are permanently disabled.

Which leaves 203 million to do the work

There are 74 million children younger than 6

Which leaves 129 million to do the work

There are 95.2 million children and young adults in school.

Which leaves 33.8 million to do the work.

At any given time, there are roughly 4 million people on vacation

Which leaves 29.8 million to do the work

Of this there are 15 million employed by the federal government, not including the military.

Leaving 14.8 million to do the work.

2.8 million are in the armed forces preoccupied with North Korea and the Middle East.

Which leaves 12 million to do the work.

Take from that total the 10.8 million people who work for state and city Governments.

And that leaves 1.2 million to do the work.

At any given time there are 188,000 people in hospitals.

Leaving 1,012,000 to do the work.

Now, there are 1,011,998 people in prisons.

That leaves just two people to do the work.

    You and me.

    And there you are,

    Sitting on your ass.

A farmer wrote to his son in prison…

    Dear Bubba,
I don’t know what I’m going to do this year about the crops with you in prison. I can’t dig up the field by myself and can’t afford to hire any help. Well, I’ll pray about it and hope the Lord will provide.
    Your Dad

    His son wrote him back.

    Dear Dad,
Whatever you do, don’t dig up the field. That’s where I buried some of the bodies.
    Your Son

The next morning the farm was overrun with FBI, state and local police. Digging up the field. Not finding any bodies, they left.
The Lord works in mysterious ways.

I spoke too soon, running off about how I thought the last of the heat was over with, supposed to be near 100° tomorrow. Another good pool day anyway

    Random story-

2015, last year living in Houston. Not my happiest year. Divorce was going on, work was high stress due to oil prices going in the shitter that year, and I was racing to find a whole new career to get away from that industry anyway.

So. I needs a break. I loaded up my old Dodge with the dogs and a picnic lunch and drive down to Galveston. Then on a pure whim I decide to turn left and take the ferry over to Bolivar. I got into the beach there and just drove for an hour or two. Way out into the McFadden refuge, miles from nowhere. I wasn't sure where I was exactly, and didn't care.

I park the truck, let the dogs loose to go play, set my chair down in the surf, and contemplated on when to light the camp stove. Just staring out into the distance, mental reset stuff.

That's when I heard an engine slowly approaching over the sound of the waves. A little bitty kia car was slowly making it's way up the beach, looking like it was about to get bogged to its axles at any second, but somehow it's crawling forward. I call the dogs close and home their collars expecting this fool to keep going. Nope. He pulls in and parks next to my truck.:mad::mad:

Now I'm pissed. Huge swath of beach, miles of desolation in either direction, and this dumbass has to set up 10 feet from the only other person in existence. I put my best Walter Sobchak face on. I was here first, dude. I'm staying. I'm finishing my coffee.

I see this asshole rummaging around the passenger side of his car, getting out his camp chair, a couple other knickknacks. And then he walks around the rear bumper.
    :eek::eek:

Turns out the only items of clothing this cowboy has on were his boots and his truckers hat. Full beer bellied, farmers tan glory, man.

"Ok partner, you win, the beach is yours." Grill and chair get tossed in the bed, dogs in whatever open car door there was, slam the shifter into 2nd and dump the clutch, we gone.

I just drove home after that. Beach day ruint.

I'm most offended by your choice of offroad vehicle, sir. I don't have time to recover your kia from the incoming tide.

    Seriously though…
My wife and I, back when we were young and crazy (as opposed to old and crazy like now)
would go to “Hippie Hollow” outside Austin. A nice nudist spot on the river. I wasn’t really proud of my physique but I felt a lot better about it after seeing the competition there.
Apparently the Brad Pitts and Mila Kunis’ of the world don’t be nudists.

    Okay, serious opinion time...

    Holster dilemma before pictures:
This holster is larger than I expected and the pictures I'll share as you can see are on the second to the last setting for the size. I actually prefer it on the tighter setting but for salvaging the elasticity of it I figured I should attempt to wear it out by 1 and hope it gives me a little wiggle room to size down into. Because of how it fits it also gaps a little in the back which may or may not just be because it's new and unwashed or just my body being fluffy and not ideally proportioned :notsure:

I am sorta annoyed by the sizing (<- understatement since this has taken days for me to think about). If I sized down I may end up putting myself into the largest of medium settings and that just doesn't sound flattering and as a girl that's sorta a feature I'm going for.

Now with all that being said, I do kinda sorta like it. It's probably an 8/10 on concealment, it's not really uncomfortable and while you could maybe attempt to discharge through the fabric of the holster itself, I don't feel like between that and my jeans that any accident is happening. If I could do flips which I 100% can't, this wouldn't be going anywhere.

If I return it, it's another $5 to send it back, plus $5 to get the medium which then potentially adds another $5 return if that doesn't work out.

TL DR : Do I keep it or nah?
