    Random shower thought…

When you ask for an application at Hooters do they hand you a bra and say “fill this out?”

Also, I have a radar detector in the Taco and on the way into and out of Syracuse, my detector goes crazy and gives a VG2 warning. This means that it is detecting a radar detector detector. Then I get a signal that it is detecting a laser which is very specific and is a pin point signature. The the screen goes blank and I have to shut it of and turn it back on. There were no cops around and besides, radar detectors are legal in New York so there is no reason for them to be using them. I’m pretty sure that the jamming was being caused by military drones. They fly MQ-9 Reaper attack drones out of Hancock International Airport in Syracuse and when I looked for more information, I found this article:https://www.syracuse.com/politics/2...n-selected-to-test-anti-drone-technology.html
Here’s a few pics that were taken of the drones. 3A5EFF3F-C4E2-4BE5-950D-1D92D50BACED.jpgD6043793-E3CF-4106-8F4B-DB8A49522FD1.jpg

    Interesting statistic from yesterday.
The Cowboys were penalized for more yards than the Detroit Lions gained total in their game earlier.

    That's actually pretty neat

Working on a Ryobi leaf blower from 2012 that "doesn't start and when it does, won't stay running" Got it do that BUT...it only runs well after warming up. Runs great, actually. Can't tune for a cold start to save my life and tuning a cold start is difficult because I have to keep the rpm's lower which means engine keeps wanting to die and fine tuning the low means a headache. Got it close, but it will be fine for about 15 seconds and then slowly putter off. If you WOT after start it warms up, builds its rpms and works fine, but not sure if the guy will go for that. Also not sure if Ryobi carries this carb anymore, although it wouldn't surprise me if they haven't changed it in 10 years

I'm assuming this: most homes where there's 2-4 people, a couple bathrooms with people that don't go too overboard and you've just doubled to triple that number, or more. Include kids in that and you've got other items being thrown down, not to mention things in the sink that shouldn't go down. I'm sure a resident plumber could elaborate, but Thanksgiving, Christmas and superbowl sunday never fail to increase those rentals.

Doctor told me a minimum of 4 weeks. I'm thinking 5 or 6 weeks. I have until December 31 off. However, FMLA has given me till mid February to heal.

Sounds to me like it’s getting air from somewhere it’s not supposed to be getting it from but what do I know. Sometimes, I just make shit up but even then, I’m right sometimes.
