Sometimes my driveway will drift in pretty bad too, also the dreaded pile at end of drive. Lucky for me both neighbors have tractors and helped me out big time. This a old picture.20210116_083343.jpg

Just be careful Dean, I believe scooping snow claims a few lives every winter. Slow n steady pace, that job can wait for you man, even if you need to call the entire day.
Edit Rahl...I was thinking your name Dean actually

    Yeah.
I'm in no hurry to pick up the snow shovel.
That crap is heavy, but packed down from the rain, so it's not deep.
The roads have been cleared, so there's that.

Mrs Gritto got out fine in her AWD Highlander (she was scheduled to work today).
I find that if we can just get some sun, the tire tracks will melt fairly quickly.
Once some blacktop is exposed, the snow on the rest of the driveway melts too.

We're supposed to get a couple days above freezing. :fingerscrossed:

They got the NFG in a 1 ton truck to plow our street that didn't have a clue. Totally blocked the driveway with large snow "boulders". Gonna be a fun one to clear up, let me tell ya. Wondering how they do at the new house since that's a state road that PennDot plows...

I met a drunk ventriloquist at the bar. She said I was really attractive. I’m not sure if it was her or the beer talking.

    Good morning whateverers

well I thought it was an interesting weekend of football. I really didn't give the Cowboys much of a chance. They seem to play well all season and then "Choke" in the playoffs. Brady of course won, and I wonder who will beat the Bucks this year. Personally, I'm rooting for the Bill to go all the way. I watched them lose 4 super bowls in a row back in the day, and if any team needs to win, they do. The rest of the playoffs should really be good, and I'm looking forward to the Bills and Chiefs next weekend.

Oh, I'm not going to go balls to the walls. I'm not in the business of killing myself.

My first name is Dean. Rahl is the surname of the main character in a fantasy series of books I really like.
