When I built my Florida house, it was. I wanted certain things and in a certain area, but the two never seemed to line up. We went ahead and built instead, it turned out being less than comparable houses and everything was new and to our design, so it was really worth it for us.

We’re not ready to build now, but we’re debating of purchasing a different home in the next 5-6 years or building.

argh./..trying to find answers about a part for the wife's 22 T4R is a pain in the ass. She has the TRD Sport, and nobody seems to know which running boards work with it. All I know is the Sport is a newly added trim level for 2022 and some boards say specifically not for the Limited, but good for all other T4R's, but when I put in her VIN, it says they won't work with her truck.
