Yea, that whole "I have to stay busy or go crazy" bullshit is bullshit. I've been working my entire life and damnit I don't have any problems doing jack shit or less.

I mean, if shit needs to be done, I will gladly do it, but afterwards, we're resting.

Yes Sir! It took all summer but the wife and I got it dun! It's very nice to just let them out to play and run without worrying about them chasing something down to the main road. We still need to add 3 courses of horizontal boards along the top, middle and bottom. Then cut the excess off the tops of the posts. Then as time goes on, we will add landscaping to blend it in and reduce my need to cut the grass around it. The surgery really threw a wrench into the plans but I'm hoping to be well enough to get the back yard fence done this year.

Then the real projects begin.

Yo @Gritto ! Youse guys getting snow down there? They calling for 1-3” here but I noticed the squirrels coming out of the woodwork this morning and they busy. When I got to work, a line of 12 deer crossed in front me while I waited. They didn’t give no fucks if I was in a hurry, they just took their sweet time. They were coming from high ground and going into the valley. So what’s it mean weather wise?

ps. Also, my dogs were uncharacteristically crazy with energy this morning

 

So, I asked the librarian
“Can you tell me where the self-help section is?”
