    I usually try to get in 500-600 miles at the track (walking) but I aint feelin it yet this year. I somehow lost 6lbs last week w/o trying so I got that goin for me.

    I could stand a good stomach virus for a couple of days to help kick off the season myself...The last two years life has been all out of whack and it aint as easy as it once was to get back in shape. Plus the addition of recently learning of some back issues doesn't help. Oh well as my Mom says..."You think pushin' 50 sucks? Wait till yer draggin it"

    Not crazy, but definitely getting busier. When I started 16 years ago it was balls to the wall busy. The last 6-8 years has been slower. They're always doing re-alignments though. Dropping stores, adding stores...I am glad to see it picking back up though. Plus I'm not working any side jobs right now...Just around my house!

    Before I left to have surgery we were working about 12 hour days (I’m first shift so Tues-Fri)and a mandatory 10 hour shift every other weekend. Which is brutal for an orderfiller. I’m hoping when I go back it will all be figured out and I will walk into smooth sailin shifts!
