    Believe it or not I was hired on to first shift. Had 4 openings, 4 females got it. The other 3 quit or got fired quickly.

    That shoulder, as much as you want it to be, will never be 100 percent again. You are going to have to find a way to fo it and suffer through it or compromise and do a little less.

    You have to pull rate of 100% I pull higher than that and get paid extra for pulling up to 130% I will definitely be slowing down and just maintaining 100%.
