    Thanks. Yeah you don't just see mole salamanders. You need to trap them on rainy nights or seine ponds when they're breeding. Very cool. Hopefully you found a burrow to put it back in.

    We have a boggy area, we eventually are going to dig out. kinda put it close to there by a clump of grass, it dug in and disappeared so hopefully its ok.

    It'll probably hunker down till night and then look for a burrow to go back underground. If you dig one up again find a burrow and put it face down into it so it can walk down into to it.
