I think it's a 40 gallon. George is more than 12 inches long a as fat as a cow. He gets fed well. We are going to the reptile super show in July to try and see if we can buy a bigger cage, cheaper than I can build one. George is 18 -20 inches. We don't really measure, just feed and clean, with for death.
