    :pccoffee: morning whateverers.
    Imagine a workplace with ~650 personnel, not everyone is here everyday because a certain percentage are shift workers.
    Now imagine adding additional 800-1000 personnel to complete schedule works during a shutdown.
    Definition of shit-show right there...
    They're not even all here, yet there was a line of 30+ people backed up the way out of this place yesterday.
    Then for the maintenance (umbrella that I fall under) we're supposed to have additional 40 each millwrights and welders and we have 4 and 1 committed to show up.
    At least 6 delegate people here for us though..temp supervisor...that should get a ton of work done
