The only thing I have from my childhood is a sign. It's a Los Angeles City limit sign from the late 60's. The contractor that was building my dads house had it in the back of his truck with some other junk and I asked if I could have it and he said take it. That was around 1988-89. I was told I could sell it for some decent money, but nope.

Fifteen years ago I never saw a single one, now it's a snaildemic. Those things eat every shoot that comes up in the garden, eat it as soon as it comes up.

Those five on the plate I found them in about 10 seconds. I'm not interested in "escargoting' the slimy little vegetable munchers, I want the vegetables. They get after the strawberrys pretty good also.
