It is but I'll forgive you. How's the van life been treating you?

 

Doing pretty good. I’m thinking about making another road trip before winter hits. This would be a good time to visit Big Bend down in Texas. It’s too hot to hike there in summer.

Sounds like fun! Yeah that Texas heat is brutal!

Not too bad. Gotta stay home all day in case the painters need something.

 

Just been making some short camping trips in it. I still can’t sell the house and don’t want to just leave it to the mice.
But the van is a big improvement over the rooftop tent. Plenty of room and have a/c to heat/cool if necessary. I like my van

Depends on what bumper you're speaking.... stock, tube or full plate.
Typically around 180 lbs for the arb, or mine is just about 200 lbs. even worse, it eats about 4 mpg off of gas.
