    Take this for what it’s worth.
    Do not cut it at your shoulders.
    Cut it at your shoulder blades.
    If it’s on your shoulders it will immediately fall in your face if you bend over slightly.
    If it’s on your blades it will go around and have more chance to stay out of your face doing simple things.
    But, that’s how I found it worked ..

    Carol had long hair for years.
    She use to sit on the floor watching tv after a Bike ride and I would comb her hair.
    Shoulder hair was always in her face. Once it got back to her blades it was so much better.
