Atlanta. it's not a long flight, but that still about 2 hours of anxiety. my most successful flights have been the ones where I was too worn out to be scared, or I was distracted the whole time. Short flights generally mean no movies which I use to distract myself. I've tried some :proposetoast: to take the edge off too. The best was a short flight where I sat next to a pilot who explained to me how planes stay up. :):):)

Unrelated to your story but related to planes. :D
Aboot a month ago there was a plane crash here. 2 guys, both pilots, took off from an airfield near Jonestown and flew into Hazleton Regional Airport. From there they flew the short hop to the Wyoming Valley Airport. While there, the owner and Pilot of the plane spoke to a friend about some problems he was having with the rigging on his experimental aircraft. The friend took it up, circled the field and landed. He told the Pilot that he felt the same yawing. The Pilot said that he was comfortable flying it back home and would address the problem over the winter. It seems that he couldnt wait till then and decided to mess with the cables whilst flying. He must have been hanging out the door and was tossed from the plane. The plane crashed at a farm where people and their kids (who are not yet people :D) were gathered for hayrides. The Pilot landed in someone’s backyard.

You gonna be taking a puddle jumper on Southern Airways from Hagerstown Regional to BWI?
I'm assuming you'll be going BWI to Atlanta?

[edit] I had a brain fart and said BTI earlier, but that's one of my stocks.

I think he would make a great bus driver. He would be perfect driving old ladies to the casino, bingo and wherever else old ladies go.

    Good Morning
Don't know about cool ... but I like what I see from the driver's seat. Never cared much what anyone else thinks about what they see. I'll admit they are a "buy once cry once" purchase.
