I posted once and then he started responding like a dick and against better judgement I got sucked in. Then with everyone ragging on him, justifiably so for most part, i felt bad and tried to be nice,but he was beyond saving and not hearing anything. Next time I'll just stay out of it

 

That was beyond dumpster fire thread, it was like a 3 alarm flash fire...went from smoldering to full on fire tornado...a little friday thread.

 

If anything brings me down on the site, it's shit like that. I said my peace gracefully for my past track record and he didn't pick up what I was laying down and kept at it. His account should be clipped for good.

Someone suggested re-gapping the plugs and the OP asked how (honestly I believe), someone then jumped in with "you don't know how to gap a plug but want to...".

OP went on a wild multi-post name calling rant about going out tomorrow and surveying 100 men between 25-45, videoing them asking if they knew how to gap a spark plug, he was betting only 1% would know and "would pay $500" to the guy who ribbed him if he (OP) was wrong.

 

Sad but i think a lot of people dont know. But its surely more than 1%

 

Agree, especially in that age group.
I honestly don't know if you gap the newest type plugs of not, all kinds of fancy metals and electrodes now.

The wire type is more accurate, I have several and even know where a few of them are.
