Funny you mention it, so did I!

 

Just got back from helping my friends check out the house they're looking at buying. I told them if they want the location, they're best off trying to buy it for land value and have the current structure demolished. No need for me to post interior pics, the attic and basement will suffice.

I built the Turbo first as well, but I enjoyed building the Targa just as much.

Definitely not. It's on a little over a half an acre of land in a quiet neighborhood maybe 5 minutes from UMO, so it's a good location if they can get it for land value or less.

The asking price on this place was 90k...

 

My house is on the market and is in such bad shape that it won’t qualify for a mortgage loan. But it’s in way better shape than that.
