    It was more to the rare side. Fucker was so big I couldn't finish it all!

    It cooks better on the griddle and no flare ups. Also gives it a nice crust, especially since I coat the steaks in a little bit of olive oil. Yes, you can do it inside, but this saves on splatters all over the cooktop :laugh:
