I think the wife was a little sad about selling the boat but then she could see our neglect or use of it was taking a toll.
That old Johnson Sea Horse 115 fired right off for me...3-4 lengthy cranks I consider right off after sitting 2 years.
Wife told a story about when her mom was water skiing behind it and went down lost her cap that old people used to wear
Anyway she said she found identical cap years later at a thrift store or garage sale and bought it for her.

Many moons ago I worked normal daylight hours. Then when I couldn't stand travel anymore, that company moved me to a place where I was on second shift. Really enjoyed it, but the job was a shit show. Finally landed a spot at the place I'm at now (after 3 tries!) but had to do 3rd shift to get in. Finally got on 2nd shift, but the damage had already been done. My sleep is so frigged up anymore...

I never liked nights at all! Seriously messed up everyday living for me...

 

My problem is the flip on days off ... it's getting harder the older I get.

 

Ahhh yea I get that. We are on a 4 day work schedule so it was a little easier, but still sucked. Everybody says "well keep your normal routine". Well I'm sorry, but places aren't really exactly open at 2am...
