    It's probably legit

    Puppy chow is a snack/candy - you make it by melting chocolate and pouring it over chex cereal then tossing the pieces in powered sugar - there are also variations with p/nut butter mixed in.
    It is really good - all crunchy and chocolateY

    Used to see it/have it regularly when I lived in Oklahoma but when I moved to FL, no one heard of it
