Well hell. My Sturgis plans hit a major snag. The main campground, with all the good events, doesn’t allow dogs. They give suggestions for local kennels. My pup gets traumatized when I go to the mailbox without her. I think I’m going back to my original plan to go back to Arizona/California.

Get one with a RMR footprint. Its the most common footprint and has many great options from Holosun, etc.

The Masada came with mounting plates for 4 different sights.

 

No such critters in northern California, either. I've seen them in central PA, and here in SE Kentucky. Can't remember if I ever saw any while I was in central Alabama in the Army, or when I lived on Long Island, but there are none in the western States (CA, OR, AZ, NV, UT, CO, WY,....)
