    Crawfish are sort of in an offseason, since most rely on the rice fields. Shrimp are in and at an all time low (~$1-2/lb). The distributors are buttering both hands… charging $6-9/lb here, so god knows what other places are paying. I buy from the docks if I can, to cut out the middleman. Hopefully you use the good boil seasoning, not that old stuff…. :crapstorm:
