    I have had to learn to ignore it or push thru it - usually it lasts for like 20min and then moves to another part of my legs; shifts around most of the day - so in a way, the pain is 'temporary' or that is what I tell myself..

    I'll also lift really hard and make my legs super sore - that way I can't tell what exactly hurts :notsure:


    I did wind up really hurting my ankle though, running, then I kept running on it for 2 days after I hurt it cause I thought the pain was just the normal crap...
    But nope - it was all swollen and stuffs - have had to hold off on the running and just ride the bike for the last month ... hoping I can start running on it again next week...

    I spent a miserable month getting that shit outta my system and I have zero desire to do that again...
    When I quit, I swore it would be a one way trip
    When my legs really hurt, I think about that month - the physical pain is way easier to cope with than the mental/physical shit from all of that
