ours is just about 400 tons of quarter minus outside of the pool area. We don't have a bunch of trees in our neighborhood because it's just four houses that share a well. We try and be respectful. We do have the front landscaped a bit but mostly rock. That is going to be your default landscape in most of the Phoenix area. Rock, lantana and cactus. In a perfect world we'd have trees surrounding our property line but not going to happen. Our six foot block wall helps and the neighbors have their own problems. They could care less what we're doing

 

Tis one more reason I like NC - lots of trees, lots of buffer, the trees also dampen the noise from neighbors pretty good.
The whole desert thing has never really appealed to me

Don't you know where you live??? We have a team! (Not the colts anymore) and we might possibly do something this year! So you don't have to default to the cowboys. The cowboys don't deserve your loyalty!

in 1964 @ 8 yrs of age my dad was stationed in Japan we watched the Olympics on a 6 inch black and white TV saw Bob Hayes get gold in the 100 yrd dash, called him "the worlds fastest human" quite the impression on an 8 yr old, he became a cowboy then,and that, is my 59 year relationship with them....
