    Solar siting update : the solar company failed to renegotiate a property lease on the proposed facility across from my house . There are 3 different properties ( owners) so one chunk of land just under 60 acres not in view of my home was bought out from under said solar company. $1.2 million ! Deep pockets around here . An LLC was created so I don’t know who or how many people chipped in ? NYS judge in charge of this case has revoked their permits without prejudice. Meaning if they wish to continue they need to redesign and apply for all new permits . This has never happened in New York State before . :yes::yes::yes:Solar company is Illinois based owned by a Spanish company . They have done nothing but lie about working together with the town and nearby school . Not to mention this project is located almost on top of protected wetlands.
