    I have never owned Toyos, but I can confirm Michelin tires never, ever wear out. My Dodge Cummins (2001) came with Michelin tires on it. I decided to replace them at 110,000 miles because it looked like the sidewalls were showing small cracks, and I was going Elk hunting that year in a very rocky assed place in southern Colorado with my dad, and didn't want to take the chance on one or more blowouts. They still had at least 50% tread life remaining.

    My dad told me a story about a set of Michelins he had on a Ford Ranchero in the 1950's, on a pair of after market rims. He put close to 100K on the tires, sold the car to a friend. He said 10 years later, the guy was still driving the same set of Michelins.....
