Oh yeah. I don’t have to deal with being on call. I already feel like I work to much at 55+ hours a week

 

I’m finally getting better sleep after being on call for as long as some are old. New gig doesn’t pay as much but I’m happier

 

How long were you at your other job?

 

Doin anything fun for the weekend or do you work one of those screwy shifts where it’s odd days like some others on here?

Just repair for the public commercial and residential. It’s the residential customers that didn’t care what time of night. Commercial customers would wait for normal operating hours if possible

 

Good morning all. It's 4:30am and all's well. Except that it's 4:30am. WTF am I doing up?

Actually, I know why I’m up..... meeting today with head of HR and the HR lady that deals with benefits only at work. Luckily, they have been willing to work with me when I’m able to return to work and I have some specific requests. Gonna see if they will make it happen. I’ll beg if I have to!! Lol

 

I really don’t know yet , def fish a morning or two off this week end and start my four days Monday
