    The only fencing on the rail trail is near bridges that pass over streams or where the trail is raised with a big drop off on either side . The deer just go around it . It was an old railroad bed so a few places are elevated . No deer fence anywhere .

    My son (12) and I put an electric fence around our garden to keep the deer out, didn't think about stuff going under it and eating the corn. Set the trap, he whacked a raccoon the other day. My daughter (8) said she wanted to shoot next, she whacked a opossum this morning :infantry:
