How many feet behind a lighted emergency vehicle is another one. I'll give you a hint: It's actually ON the back of a lot of emergency vehicles. You still don't know, do you? Yet a lot of people are huggin the rig trying to beat all the lights the sirens are turning green.

I don’t think I have ever seen this on an ambulance. Think I have seen it on fire trucks but that’s all.

I see “stay 300 feet back” on dump truck way more! Funny on those you can’t ever read them from 300’ and some you can’t hardly read from 60’ away. They are also usually missing part of or all of there mud flap(s)

I almost rear-ended a church school bus coming back from college one thanksgiving break. They had a QR code on the back of the bus and we wanted to know what it linked to, so I was driving and my shotgun friend had his qr reader out and we kept inching closer trying to read it. I must have been 6 feet off his bumper before we realized we were idiots.

Yeah! And how many would even calculate that about 25 car lengths, or how to calculate it or even be able to guess that distance if they could?! o_O

There are more morons on the road here than intelligent people. :annoyed:

Actually, I always pull off and throw my flashers on, and at night if they are coming towards me I turn off my headlights. I run high powered LEDs in both vehicles and I know that can be a a little harsh.

I try to be part of the solution.

I turn all my light bars and stuff ON! Just kidding, that's a dick move.

I do have my front sqdn pros, side S2s, and my RTL all programmed on a strobe function though. So if someone crashes in front of me, I can imitate a roadside assistance vehicle till real help arrives. Only had to use it once legitimately. Party mode is always fun though. Mobile rave on command!

I feel that’s stupid on everyone! You all for following so closely and for the church for putting that on the back of the bus. I mean do they not think people would try and find out what it said while driving?

At least we had two people. But in our defense, running 200 miles of I-81 will liquefy your brain a little.

I look at it more as a camping and exploring vehicle. Something you can take most places. However I do not look at it as a serious 4x4 though. Just something that can do a little more and go a few more places off the beaten path.

Blind rule pretty universal sign on the bus says stop there buddy. Last school year guy killed a couple kids this way where I grew up. Only lasts a couple mins to wait.

True. I am seriously going to do some camping soon. Start with a ground tent, then maybe a trailer. I have just about everything I need.

Yeah that’s good. I HATE I-81!! Last year I drove it from TN to just outside DC.
