    Thanks. I do know my worth, if they decide not to pick me for a lead position IF I apply for them it's their loss. I can go elsewhere if I have to.     I get that! Only.... This isn't a civilian job and the benefits I receive from this career are quite nice and help me out since I'm a single parent.
