    Is this fishy?

    I saw a vehicle with the temporary plates that looked new but was painted, and the make and model were painted so they couldn't be read. I was close enough to see the raised letters but they were the same black as the rest of the car. They would only be readable from really close.

    Idk. It struck me as sketchy.
