    I was looking at mobile homes in Huntington Beach on Zillow last week as that's about all I could afford there. Some were remodeled very nice and even had 2 car garages. The space/lot rent was pretty steep through, around 3k and up per month. The thought of being steps from the ocean and the cooler weather though! :cool:
