Yeah I do believe that. It's just weird. Whenever I poll the public and internet of Subaru owners. It seems like I get 1 of 2 things, and never in the middle:

"best car I've ever owned."

"total nightmare."

This is like dresser shopping all over again. LOL $500-1000 CRAP, or $1500 good for life. No middle ground.

Damn.. I could see that. Considering my current situation.. yea I was going to find a specialist if this next dealership doesn’t work out. I am technically under warranty for the first time I brought it in with the dealership. So they need to fix it

 

Fuck even better bro. I don't know what California's Lemon Law is, but I'm friends with this YouTuber Steve Lehto, he's a Lemon Law lawyer, most states, 3 repair invoices without a successful repair, and you can Lemon Law the car.

California being more against business than the consumer, the law might be even friendlier to you. Then they have to buy it back after 3 attempts.

Most likely not. I don't think Certified Pre-owned would fall under the Lemon Law either unfortunately. But a call to your local BAR association, they'll give you a referral to call - that attorney will know all the ins and outs. I do know Lemon Law does cover all new vehicles.
