Like my right foot would be on the clutch?

i asked b/c those kinda do look reversed . . . .

my brake/gas are both squareish and my clutch is a rectangle

They aren’t. Righthand drive vehicles have the same petal structure as Lefthand drive, but obviously the shifter is center located. I’ve always felt that would be the “weird” in me driving British or Japanese vehicles. I don’t know how I’d shift Left handed, even though I’m left handed. It’s just natural for me right handed.

EDIT: I can drive TREE too, but have no idea if that was possible or would change on righthand drive vehicles.

nah JDM car pedals are in the same location as American vehicles. It’s just the gear shift is on the left side
