My November is looking pretty good. Still have 9 days left to burn before end of year.

Philly is like 25-30 minutes away from me.

 

Full paid tuition. Room and board is on us.

 

I'm not a city person by any means but I do like walking around Center City. The old buildings are pretty cool and UPenn campus is nice to walk through, especially in late October. But that traffic

I dont go to Philly much but there are a lot of good restaurants and museums and such to check out. I like the Franklin Museum. Gotta watch out for the city drivers there if you're a pedestrian. I was there for a conference awhile back and had a guy in a big SUV make a turn into the crosswalk that I was in the middle of. He missed me but my heart was in my throat.

At 10:20 it’s raining again

 

Yeah, those narrow streets with fast drivers ain't no joke.
My wife wants to go to the Rocky steps this trip.

Nope, looks like the rains going right up the river. I’m about 1/2 mile from the river. Just on the other side of the levee and trees.

 

Stopped raining now, looks like it’s going to clear up.

 

Just rained enough to fuck things up. Guess I’ll head home and start drinking!
