BACON should be a food group.

 

So, she takes parchment paper and folds up the sides so grease doesn't run all over the place. Puts the parchment paper on a big ass cookie sheet and cooks the bacon in the oven. For how long, you might ask? Hell if I know. But I do know that I actually like it better this way compared to stovetop.
Anyhow, when it's done, she lets the parchment paper sit in the cookie sheet overnight. In the morning the grease is all congealed (or whatever), throw it in the trash, no mess.

I do it the same way but use aluminum foil. It takes about 30 minutes at 350.
