    -Design an area and system for me to start simulating my job duty lifting (Drs orders as of recheck this past Thursday :bananadance: Getting closer to getting back to work!!!) Taking today off off actual lifting to let me body rest, will start new programs tomorrow.

    Exactly my plan. Just have to build platforms waist, chest, & 6 foot high to simulate the heights I stack to. Might do this in my garage and just use my garage fridge as the highest platform to set the weighted crate on. Chest and waist high will be easy to make if I can’t find anything I already have to use as my platforms.
