    I come from divorced families on both sides too! Tons of holidays! I feel your pain. Thankfully ours have slowed down the last couple years. Down to only 3. You are gonna need a vacation at the end of the month!!!

    It is a lot of work.

    We were doing gift exchanges for ALL of these people too which was really draining my emotional bank account as well as the regular bank account.


    I put a stop to it this year.


    There is no sense in grown fucking adults doing gift exchanges.


    We have kids (all but one adult). If people want to do gift exchanges for the kids...go ahead. I'd much rather spend the money on renting a cabin in the mountains and having everyone together to drink, play cards and make memories with instead of getting a stupid $15 gift that I dont want.
