We have a very small group that we hang out with occasionally but, for the most part we really enjoy hanging out together.
Most of our friends like going out and we mostly prefer staying in at night. I’m mostly deaf in one ear so very hard to talk to people when in restaurants or bars. Not to mention we hate bars.

 

We do love going to brew pubs and bottle shops however! Love LOVE good microbrew!

We go camping or glamping instead lol

 

I miss going camping. I love to go tent camping, but she prefers an RV. Since we can't afford an RV...we don't go camping.

 

Us too until we decided to sell our trailer. We bought a house last year with an in-law suite downstairs and moved my MIL in with us. Her health isn’t great so leaving her is very difficult.

 

Good man. I don't think I could have my MIL live with us.

 

My hubbs and I are the same way. We do better the more time we spend together.

Haven't used it, but considered it when traveling without our truck. Could open up a load of camping options sans tent or RV.

Us exactly. We get grouchy if we’re apart too long. We work for the same hospital on different campuses so sometimes I’ll schedule meetings on her campus just so we can have lunch together.

 

Wow. That looks pretty good! I just shared it with Mrs. Rahl.

 

That's awesome. I wish I worked close to my wife. I'd be home every day for lunch!

 

She’s very sweet for the most part. Her apt is downstairs and we live upstairs so we only have to see each other when we want to. We shop for her and get her to appts when necessary so that’s when we see her most. Otherwise we don’t even know she’s there.

 

We do have to go through her apt to get to the movies though but totally worth it!

 

That's ok. But, I have a Monster-in-law...
