    So....

So far I have the following items selected:

Cast iron dutch oven, Tri-pod stand and height adjustable grill that steaks in the ground.
    SS plates
    fork and spoon combo (4)
    Camp stove

6 person ground tent (tunnel style) from Crua Outdoors, or looking into a RTT.
    Sleeping bags and pads.

Looking at a fridge, but damn...maybe a cooler will work just as well....hahahaha. Them suckers are expensive.

My concern right now is with space (isn't everyone's?) Especially with the 4runner being a small SUV.

I already have somewhat of a general tool bag assembled with various cutting tools and hammers, etc.
Plenty of lighting options as well.

Also, just goto Wal-Mart and buy one of their Ozark Trail coolers. They're legitimately the best for their price.

I've always used ice chests and lined the bottom with frozen water bottles and then ice and it can last quite awhile plus you have cold as hell water when they start to melt at the end of the trip.

Tons in our group have had them and they have lasted plenty long. Like @JennJenn said, frozen bottles and whatnot in the bottom make a huge difference and also putting in stuff that's actually cold already, not just buying a warm 12pk and popping it in. Keep it in the shade and we've had ice last the week.
