My booty is gonna be POPPIN soon.

Starting back to the gym with the quickness. I've gotta get this 40lbs of stress off of me.

Anyone have some nutritious meal ideas and grocery lists? (No A1 or microwave meals, please...)

    Absolutely positively THIS^^^^^

I've never been a server but all of my kids have and I have friends in the service industry. I've watched servers get stiffed after busting ass for a table and it really sucks to watch. Last time I saw it happen I tipped 50% of my tab to try to make up for the fuckwits who stiffed our waitress.
We don't out a lot for the same reason!

Good luck! I think the majority of us are on some sort of diet/fitness train right now.

A quick healthy meal for us is egg roll in a bowl. It's just ground turkey and shredded cabbage cooked together and seasoned. We typically go Asian style with our seasoning, maybe add some bell peppers and top with some sriracha :)

Eyeing the Honduh Talon 1000. My buddy gets a mean discount. Need to sell a ton of stuff to afford it though.

Awesome! In the winter/spring of 2018, I lost over 50 lbs of fat and added quite a bit of muscle. Along with a consistent routine of body weight exercises, I modified my diet which mostly remains today as part of my daily routine. I've kept the weight off and maintained my physique, and it's one of the best things I've ever done for myself.

Get tons of veggies into each meal. I like to keep it simple, such as filling a bowl with lettuce and topping it with organic eggs. A meal can consist of only one or two total ingredients if you want to be kind of a purist about it. Eat half of an avocado every morning (that alone is a great breakfast, you don't need anything more than that). Eating one grapefruit every day can add to your hydration and give you a huge boost of vitamin C.
Substitutions can make a big impact - instead of buying ranch dressing, try using lemon juice and olive oil.

When you're at the grocery store, you can avoid most of the inside aisles (processed, junk food, etc.) and stick with the outer aisles and along the walls. Eliminate white flour and sugar from your diet. No energy drinks, no candy, no processed foods, etc. You can find low calorie wraps that are also high in fiber, which can replace anything you would normally do with bread and buns. Try removing dairy from your diet, as many people don't tolerate it well but simply don't realize it.
If you can limit yourself to water, coffee and tea, you will make gains even from that. One can of soda can derail an entire day's progress.

I hope that helps, and I tried to keep from getting too long-winded. Send me a message if you have any questions!

At least you're having a winter. It's above average here and I can already see the spring/summer doomsday forecast about how we're in a drought yet again.
