That's terrible. Sometimes I look back at my childhood and realize how crappy some people around me were.

I grew up with a lot of food issues because my grandparents me us eat everything on our plate. There were many nights I sat at the kitchen table til bed time. For years just the smell of meat loaf would make me sick.

I hear dat. My mother's parents were well off at the time. And were very persistent in that "clean your plate" mentality. We lived at their huge house when I was 4/5 while my dad was going through police academy.

One day I was forced to eat squash, straight up puked all over the kitchen. They learnt their lesson!
