    One thing we are telling people is "reboot your router". We are also telling them "If you are working remotely via a VPN you can go into the advanced options and clear the log-in info".

    Sometime this helps.

    Another issue, as traffic in your area increases, speeds will decrease.

    Yup...
    People used to be able to go (and pay) a state referee to inspect a PERMANENT camper install to reclassify.
    Obviously, standard shell clamps don't count for a permanent install, but if you managed to get it done, yearly registration was cheaper.

    I've heard lately that it's either more difficult to do this now, or impossible.

    @OneGiraffe's registration on her 2013 DCSB was over $500.
