    "Hey man, can you help me out and take 6 penguins to the zoo?"

    Next day John sees Steve walking down the street. Followed by the six penguins.

    Technically I don't think the tobacco shops are considered essential. But our local police said if the governor wants to enforce a lockdown, she can send state police to do it. Our county has had only 2 mild cases of covid. I asked the smoke shop owner last time if he was considered essential...he said Yes, by my wife.
