Either, one can get their happiness in their vehicle by keeping it in like new condition, Or let it take you places and accept the toll on the vehicle.

I've done both, and the second option is moar better.

I hate to admit but my first gen (2003) got to the point where I hadn’t washed it in several years. It equilibrated to a nice moldy patina. It was 040 white.

I washed my truck often last summer. But I see it getting less soap and more dirt this year.
I'll still take care of it. But no sense in buffing out the scrapes, and removing the dirt when I will def be getting more within a matter of days.
Maybe I should get a wrap to save the paint?
