Probably no sound. While I always have my ceiling fan on I don’t really hear it at all, It’s on so I don’t get too hot.

At work, sometimes I'll sit and watch these huge dozers move petroleum coke around. There are massive mountains of the of stuff, large enough to make the dozer look puny, and all day and night the dozer will just chug along and rearrange the coke mountains. Chug chug up the mountain. Chug chug chug down the mountain. Reminiscent of building sand castles on the beach, except it's not sand but petroleum coke and a big bulldozer is doing the work. And there is no beach.

It's a little therapeutic.

I'm so afraid of developing tinnitus working where I do. It's fucking loud and I've noticed a threshold shift in my hearing.

And golf.

And darts.

And bowling.

That sounds awful. Insomnia has plagued me for as long as I can remember though so I'm "used to it", as much as anyone can be I suppose, but I sure as shit don't like it.
